At The Perfect Posh, we’re a team of two cheer moms with five athletes in All Star Cheer. We live the same busy, fast-paced world that you and your athlete do — where competitions are stacked, deadlines come fast, and sometimes things slip through the cracks. We get it, because we’ve been there too.

That’s exactly why we offer a Rush Order option. When life moves quickly and you realize your athlete’s hairpiece is needed sooner than expected, we want to make sure no athlete is ever left without their Posh. Our mission has always been simple: every athlete deserves to hit the mat with confidence and style.

Because our products are handmade and we have hundreds of orders in production at any given time, accommodating a rush request means carefully rearranging our schedule and moving your order ahead of others who have also been waiting. While this does require an additional fee, it ensures your athlete is taken care of when it matters most — and we do it with the same care and attention to detail we give every order.

What’s included with a Rush Order:

• Immediate color matching – If you need color assistance, we’ll help you right away so there’s no delay.
• Expedited shipping -  once complete, your order is shipped overnight so it gets to you in time.
  
• Priority production - your order goes straight to the front of the production line and is made as soon as possible.

We know the Rush Order fee feels significant, and we truly understand. Please know this isn’t just about moving an order ahead — it’s about giving your athlete a level of priority and attention that requires us to pause, shift, and reorganize our entire production schedule. Think of it as a white-glove service: your color match is handled immediately, your order jumps to the very front of the line, and we work with urgency and care to ensure it gets to you on time. We offer this because we know how much it matters for your athlete to feel confident when they step onto the mat, and we’re honored to play a small part in making that happen.

Please note:

Rush Orders are an additional fee on top of the cost of your hairpiece. This fee covers priority production, immediate color matching, and expedited shipping. The Rush Order fee is separate from the standard product price and must be paid in full to secure rush service.
