The Perfect Posh - Sample Hair Color Swatches Security Deposit Agreement
Parties: This Security Deposit Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on today's date between The Perfect Posh LLC (“Company") and "Recipient".
Background: The Perfect Posh LLC has agreed to provide the Recipient with sample hair color swatches ("Color Swatches") for the purpose of color matching poshes. In consideration for the provision of the Color Swatches, the Recipient agrees to provide a security deposit to ensure the return of the Color Swatches in good condition.
Terms and Conditions:
- Security Deposit: The Recipient agrees to provide a security deposit in the amount of $150 ("Security Deposit"). The Security Deposit shall be paid in full prior to the Company sending the Color Swatches to the Recipient.
- Purpose: The Security Deposit is intended to serve as security for the safe return of the Color Swatches to the Company in good condition. The Security Deposit shall be held by the Company until the Color Swatches are returned by the Recipient.
- Return of Color Ring: The Recipient agrees to return the Color Swatches to the Company within 5 days from the date of receipt. The Color Swatches must be returned in the same condition as it was received. We will provide a pre-paid return label. Please save the box that the color swatches arrive in so that you can mail them back.
- Condition of Color Swatches: Upon receipt of the Color Swatches, the Recipient shall inspect them for any damages or defects. Any damages or defects found must be reported to the Company immediately. Failure to report damages or defects may result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
- Refund of Security Deposit: Upon satisfactory return of the Color Swatches in good condition, the Company shall refund the Security Deposit to the Recipient within 15 business days. The Security Deposit shall be refunded using the same method of payment used by the Recipient to provide the deposit.

Forfeiture of Security Deposit: The Security Deposit shall be forfeited if:
- The Color Swatches are not returned to the Company within the specified timeframe.
- The Color Swatches are returned in a damaged or defective condition.
- The Color Swatches are lost or stolen while in the Recipient's possession.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Agreement shall become effective upon the payment of the deposit.
*By submitting payment for the deposit of the sample hair color swatches, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
*Color swatches must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
* Refund of Security Deposit: Upon satisfactory return of the Color Swatches in good condition, refund of the Security Deposit to the Recipient will be within 15 business days.
If you choose to order color swatches, please know that it is very important to use them in combination with the hair color photos on our website. We provide photos of premade hairpieces in every shade and in various lighting conditions to give you a fuller, more accurate perspective. Using both the swatches and the online photos together will give you the best possible match for your ponytail.
