When Will My Order Arrive?

At The Perfect Posh, every single item is handcrafted with you in mind. Because each ponytail is custom-made, no two are ever exactly alike—your Perfect Posh is made just for you with great care and attention to detail.

Our current production time for all cheer ponytails (placed 9/1/26 @ 1:40 pm PST or after) is ESTIMATED at 7 weeks, with shipping taking an additional 2–7 days.  

What is a Production Timeline?

A production timeline is the ESTIMATED time it takes to make your order before it ships. Since each piece is custom-made, we don’t keep inventory ready to go. Instead, once you place your order, it enters our production queue. The production timeline covers everything from gathering materials and handcrafting your ponytail to quality checks, until it’s packaged and ready to ship.

It doesn’t include the shipping time itself—that’s added once your order leaves us.

This production timeline estimate is based on clear and timely communication regarding your order. If color choices or order details take longer to confirm, your timeline may be extended beyond the estimate above.
