Restocking and Remake Policy

We want every athlete and parent to feel confident when ordering from Perfect Posh. Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we operate under a no-refund policy (please review here), in which customers agree to at checkout before completing their purchase. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients, as every item is created specifically for each order.

That said, we understand that adjustments or changes may occasionally be needed. If you need to change your color or bun/net size, we do offer the option to return the item subject to a restocking fee. This fee helps offset the labor, materials, and time involved in producing each handmade piece.

Please note: any modification that results in an increase in net size or a change in length may be subject to additional charges to account for the difference in materials and production costs.

Our goal is always to support you and make sure you feel taken care of, while also upholding the standards that allow us to continue delivering high-quality, custom cheer hair.

Restocking Eligibility

  • Items may be eligible for restocking only if they are returned unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, styled, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return or restocking due to sanitary reasons.
  • If an item is approved for restocking, a restocking fee will apply

All remake requests are subject to a restocking fee beginning at $75. The final restocking fee will vary based on the specifications and level of customization of the Posh. This fee covers inspection, sanitation procedures, and processing.

Worn Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept worn items under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers and maintain hygiene standards.

Request Timeframe

To be eligible for restocking under this policy, customers must contact us to request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Approved items must meet all other return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unused, and in original condition. Requests received after the 14 day period will not be eligible for restocking or remake consideration.

How It Works:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at hello@theperfectposh.com to discuss your remake request.

Step 2: Customize Your Replacement
Once we have reviewed your request and agreed on a remake plan, you can customize your replacement Posh.

  • Changing Color: A restocking fee starting at $75 will apply. We will create your Posh in your new chosen shade and work with you to help find your best match.
  • Changing Length: If you would like a longer Posh, we will send you an invoice for the price difference. If you choose the same length or a shorter length, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
  • Upgrading to XL Tease: If you would like to upgrade your tease to XL, we will send you an invoice for the additional cost.
  • Other Changes: If you'd like to make any other modifications, just let us know, and we'll discuss the available options.

Step 3: Return Your Original Posh
Mail your original Perfect Posh in its original, unworn, and unused condition to:

Timeline Reminder:
When we start your remake, it goes back to the beginning of our production queue, so production time resets. You can always check the latest production timelines here: View Current Production Times

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

This policy applies only to unworn hairpieces. We cannot offer a restocking or remake option for any Posh that has been worn. Orders are not finalized until your return is received and the restocking fee is processed.
