Our hairpieces are individually constructed and styled specifically for the bun size for which they were originally created. Because they are made, hair cannot be removed from an existing hairpiece and transferred to a larger net or bun.

Why We Cannot Size Up an Existing Hairpiece

Each hairpiece is custom-designed around a specific net size. The amount of hair, placement, cut, and styling process are all carefully tailored to that exact bun size.

Because of this:

• The hair is cut specifically to fit the original bun size
• There is not enough hair to properly cover a larger net
• The fullness and shape would not style correctly on a bigger base
• The final look would not meet our quality standards

Moving the hair onto a larger net would affect the appearance, fit, balance, and overall finish of the hairpiece.

For this reason, we are unable to transfer hair from one bun size to a larger one.

What We Can Do

If you would like to keep the same bun size, we can replace the net on your current hairpiece. To do this, the hairpiece must go through a refresh service, and there is a $25 fee for the net replacement. 

This option is perfect for hairpieces that may need:

• Minor repairs while keeping the original bun size
