At The Perfect Posh, every hairpiece is handcrafted from 100% real human hair. To ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional performance, each piece goes through a detailed Quality Control process. 

1. Initial Review of Order Details

Before production begins, your order specifications—including color, length, curl pattern, and any upgrades such as added volume—are printed and reviewed. This step reduces the chance of misinterpretation and ensures your hairpiece is made exactly as requested.

2. Production and Styling

Each Perfect Posh hairpiece is made entirely by hand. Because we use real human hair:

• Hair naturally varies from strand to strand.
• No two pieces—even if it's the same color, length, tease and curl, and styled by the same stlist—will look completely identical.
• Density, curl pattern, and hair behavior can vary slightly.
• These natural variations are a hallmark of high-quality human hairpieces and contribute to your piece's uniqueness.

3. Volume Boost Verification

Any upgrades, including volume boosts, require a two-step verification:

• We confirm the upgrade was added.
• A second team member independently checks and signs off.

We never rely on a single person for verification. This ensures that all requested upgrades are completed correctly.

4. Final Shape, Fullness, and Curl Check

Human hair behaves differently from synthetic fibers. Even if two pieces share the same color and style:

• Slight differences in curl, density, or lift are normal.
• Your hairpiece may not look identical to a teammate’s, friend’s, or sister’s piece.
• These variations do not indicate an error in production.

This step ensures the hairpiece is full, balanced, and ready for performance.

5. Final Photography and Approval

After all checks are complete:

• The piece is photographed from multiple angles.
• Photos are stored in your order file for documentation and transparency.

This process confirms exactly what leaves our studio and provides a reference for any questions or concerns.
