Restyling Policy: Hair Type Requirements

We only style 100% real human hair. We do not accept synthetic or partially synthetic hair pieces for restyling. We can restyle hairpieces from other brands as long as they are made of 100% human hair.

Before Sending Your Posh:
For the best results, we kindly ask that all colored added extensions and tinsel be removed prior to shipping your Posh in for a refresh. Thank you so much! When returning your Posh, please be sure to include both your first and last name, as well as your order number.

PLEASE NOTE

• Return Label:
  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for sending your Posh back to us. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping their Posh to The Perfect Posh. The $15 shipping fee paid at checkout applies only to the return shipment from us to you once your Posh has been styled.
• Production Time:
  • Production time for Posh refreshes begins only after your item has been received and checked in by our team.
• Disclaimer: 
  • The Perfect Posh is made from human hair; weather conditions like rain, mist, and humidity can affect the longevity of the curls. Additionally, the more tumbling and stunting the athlete does, the more likely it is that the curls will lose their shape. Be prepared to recurl and restyle your posh as needed to maintain its look!

Posh Refresh Sanitary Policy

To ensure the safety of our team, all Posh Refresh items must be returned in a sanitary condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any Posh Refresh service if the item arrives in an unsanitary condition, including but not limited to the presence of biohazards (such as blood or bodily fluids), mold, insect infestation, excessive soiling, or any other condition that presents a health or safety risk.

If a Posh is refused for sanitary reasons, it will not be serviced. The Refresh service fee, as well as any additional items will be refunded. The shipping fee that was paid when placing your order will be used for return shipping.
