Because every hairpiece is 100% human hair and handmade from start to finish, no two pieces will ever be completely identical. We use a variety of techniques for different curl styles—and because each stylist works by hand, the same curl can look slightly different from one piece to another, making The Perfect Posh One Of A Kind, Just Like You.

Even when the same stylist creates the same curl type, natural hair variation, and the hand-styling process, the final result may not look identical each time. Natural variation is part of its beauty. However, the technique used to create each curl style remains consistent, ensuring your ponytail reflects the overall look and character of the curl type you selected.

Slight differences in volume, direction, or tightness are normal with handmade human hair productions. These small variations do not reflect defects; they are simply a result of working with real hair and the artistry of individual stylists.

Curls will naturally relax over time, so occasional touch-ups are needed to keep your Posh looking fresh. The time between touch-ups depends on the curl style you choose—some hold their shape longer than others. You’re welcome to restyle it yourself, or send it back to us for a professional refresh.
