This year is about getting back to what made The Perfect Posh special from the very beginning. Exceptional customer service, on time orders, and the same high quality poshes you know and love.

We want to share honestly with you. During 2025, we did not lose our way. We had the opportunity to grow faster than our systems could support, and behind the scenes we have been working hard to rebuild, learn, and put stronger processes in place so we can better serve you. It has not been easy, but it has been necessary.

Now we are ready. We are back on Instagram, back to basics, and back to showing up for you in the way you deserve. That means clearer communication, more reliable fulfillment, and poshes made with care, intention, and attention to every detail.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your continued support. Thank you for growing with us, believing in us, and giving us the chance to do better. We are so grateful for this community and so excited for what is ahead. 🤍
